Prince Court Medical Centre Once Again World's Best Hospital For Medical Tourists

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 9 (Bernama) -- Prince Court Medical Centre (PCMC) has been named once again as the world's best hospital for medical tourists by the Medical Travel Quality Alliance (MTQUA).

MTQUA in a statement Friday said the hospital has showed "outstanding care beyond standard clinical protocols as well as excellent medical treatment."

Last year, the 277-bed private healthcare facility was awarded the annual international award for the first time.

Meanwhile, PCMC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Chong Su Lin in a statement said the hospital was honoured to received such prestigious recognition two years consecutively and that the award marked a significant milestone in the hospital's journey of sustainable growth.

"This recognition is a tribute to all our doctors, nurses and staff who have transformed this hospital into a place of healing, caring and hope and we will continue to strive to deliver the highest quality patient care, whilst focusing on patient safety," she added.
